The integration of refugees has been a very positive experience. Our employee Andrii has been a spokesperson for the Ukrainian community and our courses specifically equip refugees with skills that enhance employability, cultural adaptation, and self-reliance. While we are offering programmes, we are also learning about the culture of Ukraine, the language barriers and integration barriers faced by this community. This shared learning works well for us to adapt and grow in providing the essential supports and services needed to thrive in new communities.
