Thank You for Being Part of Welcome Work

As the Welcome Work project comes to a close, we are taking a moment to reflect on two meaningful years of collaboration, learning and impact.

Across Ireland, Poland, Spain, France and Denmark, partners worked together to support displaced Ukrainians as they explored new pathways into employment, stability and belonging. Through shared knowledge, practical tools and strong community connections, Welcome Work helped open doors to new opportunities.

We would like to say a sincere thank you to everyone who made this project possible: our partners, trainers, employers, community organisations and all those who contributed their time, expertise and support.

Most importantly, thank you to the participants who trusted us as part of their journey. Your strength, determination and hope have been at the heart of this project.

Although Welcome Work is coming to an end, its impact will continue through every skill gained, every connection made and every opportunity created.

Thank you for helping us build pathways to opportunity, inclusion and new beginnings.
